Standard Support

It's included into your DepositFix subscription, it covers anything the light touches in your DepositFix dashboard: Form Builder, Customer Billing Portal, Discounts, Membership rules.
And of course the main functionality of DepositFix – sending data to HubSpot and Stripe.

Premium Support

If you are looking for extended help with DepositFix, we can help within our premium support service. Here is what we help with.

• Form customizations. This might include additional functionality or styling.
• Help with your  own custom form code. When you created your own callback, but need our help to make sure it works as intended.
• Setting up HubSpot workflows. Sometimes there is a need for some advanced automation on HubSpot side.
